We’re seeking a Document Management Software (DMS) Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) to help businesses unlock the full value of digital document management.
This role is about more than just demos — it’s about understanding client challenges, designing solutions, and guiding them toward smarter ways of working with SAP ERP-integrated DMS solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by building pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing opportunities
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations that inspire confidence
- Translate complex solutions into clear business value for audiences from C-level to end-users
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with compelling, professional insights
- Support proof of concepts (POCs) and solution scoping exercises
- Act as the go-to product expert for Document Management solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving product range
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in the software solutions industry (software vendor experience preferred)
- Understanding of Document Management (DMS) solutions (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of business applications and processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Confident in engaging with all levels of stakeholders, from technical users to executives
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to stay ahead in a fast-changing tech landscape
- Team player with initiative, ownership, and flexibility in time management
