A  System Administrator required to oversee the company’s data centre, network infrastructure, IT security, end-user computing (EUC), and service desk operations. Ensure reliable, secure technology services aligned with business goals and financial sector regulations. 

Expertise: 

• 5 - 10 years in IT infrastructure roles (network, data centre, service desk, cybersecurity), preferably in financial services.

Key Performance Areas:

• Administer infrastructure and services for optimal performance and continuity, following ITIL best practices.
• Manage vendors and SLAs for quality and compliance.
• Maintain hosted infrastructure, networks, security frameworks, and EUC platforms for resilience and data integrity.
• Act as liaison between IT and business units to align technology with evolving needs.
• Support digital strategy through robust infrastructure and secure operations.
• Strong Azure, Hyper-V, enterprise networking experience

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• BSc/BCom Informatica or equivalent
